Welcome to Apex Worldtrade Media Partners, LLP (“Apex Worldtrade”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Apex Worldtrade provides services including, but not limited to:

• Demand generation and pipeline creation

• Appointment setting and BANT-qualified meetings

• Account-based marketing (ABM)

• Revenue operations and marketing execution

• Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models

• Advisory and consulting services

Specific deliverables will be defined in separate agreements such as Statements of Work (SOWs).

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Use services only for lawful business purposes

• Not misuse, copy, or exploit any proprietary systems or data

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. COMMERCIAL TERMS

• Fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual agreements (SOWs or contracts)

• Payments are due as agreed and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

• Late payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Additional charges (as per agreement)

5. LEAD OWNERSHIP & DATA USAGE

• All leads, data, and deliverables remain the property of Apex Worldtrade until full payment is received

• Upon payment, clients are granted limited usage rights for internal business purposes

• Clients may not:

  • Resell leads

  • Share with third parties without consent

  • Reverse-engineer Apex methodologies

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared information, including:

• Business strategies

• Client data

• Financial and operational information

This obligation remains in effect for 2 years after termination.

7. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Data is used only for service delivery and improvement

• We do not sell personal or client data

• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data

8. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Apex Worldtrade does not guarantee:

• Revenue outcomes

• Sales conversions

• Business growth

Results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions and client execution.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Apex Worldtrade’s liability is limited to the fees paid for services

• We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities

10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & SERVICES

We may use third-party platforms and tools to deliver services.

Apex Worldtrade is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of such third-party services.

11. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services in case of breach

• Refuse service at our discretion

Clients may terminate services as per contractual agreements.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All proprietary frameworks, systems, content, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Apex Worldtrade.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Apex Worldtrade shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
